In flood conditions, I also have a raft for my gear & family.I have two rafts (Inflatables) I don't think I'll be traveling with a pack of people. So I won't have to be completely worried about people falling in front of me or turning my raft over.

You're in 2 to 3 feet of water. How many inches is that above your child's head? Plus you're in a crowd of people running from a diaster. How many times will someone fall over, or turn over your wagon? That's why it's best to carry your valuables on your back.

That is why I have the wagon as a back, stupid. So that if I can't travel with both I have a wagon dummy. How's that for being prepared STUPID.... Part of being prepared is having back ups to back ups but you are too stupid to know that.
