@odishu96 He's not saying that he believes God requires of us these extravagant things to worship him. Rather, he is questioning the American church system as a whole in their approach towards God (i.e Why the need for a mansion sized church when on the same block there are fellow human beings dying of hunger). It's not questioning God, but questioning man.
