Yes, that means that Dosh4Gold do give you real dosh. I know any old dictatorship will give you a new identity for next to nothing, but a breadmaker- that costs hundreds of pounds.

@IoEstasCedonta I don't know for certain, but my guess is this was the first one. This is a parody of all the "cash for gold" ads, and then the plutonium sketch is taking the joke a little bit further, as a continuation of this original joke.
