@animehobo So what you're saying is only men's volleyball teams have these "liberos". I see - it makes sense that girls don't need liberos because they aren't as good at offense and aren't as strong as guys.

@siderisbooks It seems like every volleyball video I see some one asks this question. Anyway, that's the Libero. He specializes in defensive plays and passing. He can only play back-row. The advantage of him is that he can be subbed in at anytime.
