with the S/C does it shortened the engine life like the turbocharged....

@Sk8FalIen They weigh between 2900-3030 depending on the options, not too bad for a 4 door car. The 1993-1995 US RX-7's were smaller at 2700 lbs, but they were only two seaters.

Did the Ingalls Stiffy Dampner make any noticable-good difference?
What about the header?
I have a cat-less Agency Power 3" full exhaust and it added 12.5 rwhp on the dyno, but I heard the headers really didn't add much, like 2 or 3 hp.

Yes it did but remember that my car is FI not sure if it would do any for a NA car. The header added 7 rwhp but the biggest different was that the engine spools (rev) a whole lot faster. The car now makes 330 rwhp look it up on another posted video.

how much do these cars weight?

Aprox 2800 lbs I havn't weight the car but after removing some OEM and added other lighter components I think is somewhat a bit lighter than OEM. I should weight the car in the near future.

What stage is this particular Pettit application; I, II, or III?

It is the Stage II with the bigger pulley and fuel injectors. I guess it can be called Stage II version 2.0
