  • Excellent...particularly about stimulating them to urinate and eliminate. They will die if you don't do this and it's not common knowledge.

  • Something important that people need to know is to never bottle-feed or syringe-feed the kitten while he's on his back. Always feed the kitten with all four paws on the blanket or towel, so he's on his tummy, just as he would be if he was nursing from momcat.

  • @Grimripper u should go to hell for wut u did =)

  • thank you for the video. someone left kittens in our alley, i took them in and was sooo happy to see this video. thank you, thank you, thank you :) God Bless

  • Now, I don't agree with not taking them to a shelter. I work at a no kill, free range shelter and we generally always take in orphans. I guess my shelter is sort of a rare occurance, but a lot of shelters won't euth kittens, especially around this time of year...our kittens come in and out the door as soon as they're old enough.

  • @chesterngiamzhenghao ur an idiot then

  • I dont understand a fucking single word sorry I need subtitles man!

  • @Grimripper

That was hardly letting it die in your hands. That was cold and harsh,.no matter how much you pride yourself on your backwoods survival skills. You shd hv takn it to the vet...held it in your warm hands and had it humanely euthanized. We didn't really need to be privy of your self-deemed cleverness.

Too bad you cldn't think 'out of your box'. Or, how 'bout this? You could have nursed it back to heath. The kitten was not a stray cat...it was a kitten foundling.

  • @Grimripper that was sort of... disturbing?

  • @Grimripper it pains me to say but

I put it in the Yellow lane on the road

Slowly watched the cars go by then as instant as a flash the kitten is ran over by a car

ending its life its either that or it dies from suffering the loss of its mother

  • i found a kitten last week and it was badly wounded maybe from the mother being mauled by dogs or something it was crying at the side of the road my girlfriend suggested we take it home but it was badly hurt and Veterinarians here don't care for stray cats i didn't know what to do, if i leave it it dies if i take it home i have no knowledge what so ever and it will die.

i remembered the scene from "Orphan"

let it suffer or let it die in your hands.

  • One very important thing to know. Very small kittens (still nursing) cannot urinate or defecate on their own. The mother cat licks the area to stimulate elimination. Use a damp cotton ball to mimic this action. It's not something we humans would think of on our own but kittens and indeed most mammals require it. They will die if you don't do this. I have raised my share of baby cats (4) and this stage doesn't last long. They are independent by 3-5 weeks old.
