Shakira and Cheetah Girls were Number One and Number Three respectively for Ticketmaster's most requested events for the third quarter of 2006. Other musicians in the top ten included the Dave Matthews Band, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and American Idols. Shakira has become one of the biggest if not the biggest artist of 2006, and she credits her mix of tunes that she says are not just pop.
