im probably the only one who thinks this but i think the gambits make this more like a turn based game because this way if you get distracted it still doesent change much
I'm probably in the minority, but I always turned the party leader's Gambits off. I didn't like the character I was controlling to do anything without my command.
I love how Balthier is snarky even when he's explaining how to use Gambits. As much as I liked Quistis, her explanation of Junctions wasn't nearly as interesting (or comprehensible) as Balthier's explanation of Gambits.

Gambits are ok, but I would rather permission before people do stuff. Like Rogue Galaxy, if you have ever played it. Love that game

Yeah, 70% is a bit high especially when encountering agile foes with strong attacks.
