CrossFit MSP - Rowing Seminar with Tina Cho

Whether you already row or are considering rowing to keep in shape, lose weight, cross-train for another sport, compete on the water, or rehabilitate from injury or surgery, rowing is the complete exercise for you. Arms, legs, chest, back, abs—even your mind. Your whole body gets a complete workout from the efficient, rhythmic motion of rowing.

Rowing is such a great exercise in many different ways: * Low-impact (easy on the knees and ankles) * High calorie burner (because it uses so many muscle groups) * Great for joint health (joints move through a wide range of motion) * Upper body (completes the stroke) * Lower body (the legs initiate the drive) * Works the back and abs too! * Superb aerobic fitness (great for cardiovascular fitness) * Relieves Stress (for overall health and well-being)

Spend the day at our rowing seminar and learn all about the Concept2 rower, or (ERG). You will learn rowing technique, technical error analysis and correction, verbal cues, rowing physiology and kinesiology, maximizing rowing power and efficiency, increasing rowing power output for better WOD times/scores, and more at this comprehensive seminar. The day will include lecture, practical application on the Concept2 rower, and a workout. All instructions will be provided by Coaches Tina Cho and Michael Pilhofer.

The skills and knowledge obtained from this seminar are invaluable to have. Regardless of whether you are a Coach/Trainer wanting to learn how to teach your clients to row correctly, or is someone who just wants to learn how to properly use the Concept2 rower. Come and learn from one of the best.
