    Question: If you can't complete the pistol what is a good modification? I can go all the way down- but then it's the switch and getting back up. I did way better tonight- though for the sake of form I go down as far as I can and then switch and go up from there- keeping good posture and keeping my core tight. Help please!

    love your workouts, I try to do at least 1 every day and if not, I do them every other day. I remember the first time I tried this workout, I barely completed 2 rounds in 10 minutes. Today I almost completed 4 rounds doing this workout. I have definitely noticed major improvement in my fitness level and physique thanks to you Zuzka! Love your passion for exercise and all your support for your Zwarriors! :)
