i dont know if you would call the 530 a family sedan (i guess its considered that) but the lexus es is the primarily luxury based sedan and obviously all bmw's are sport oriented... plus these two arent the same class, race the gs 350

I would love to see a V-8 Tau inside a Genesis take on a Mercedes c 63 - I think many would agree with me. Duely noted by another commenter, it would only be fair to put the Lexus GS 350 against BMW 535i since they are in the same class, or alternatively, the 550i against the GS 460; not the touring ES. Also, the Lexus will be around to burn rubber long after the bimmer bites the dust and turns to scrapmetal with the rest of the passats - if history tells us anything.

yeah terrible match up, easily predictable... I'd like to see a stock ISF 418 HP V8 Lexus go against a Infiniti M with the 5.6 V8 420 HP, now that would be a close match. Don't put a BMW next to a Lexus, might as well put a Hyundai next to a Benz, what do you think is going to happen? If you want to get into top class luxury races, how about an Audi A8 W12 taking on a 3 ton Bentley Mulsanne 6.75 twin turbo V8, mmmmmmmmm now thats sexy
