1990 Kodak Oldsmobile

Here is the 2nd NASCAR model I built this summer. Ernie Irvan's Kodak Oldsmobile from the 1990 Winston Cup Season.

This model came from a Kodak Olds Combo kit that also has Rick Wilson's ride from 1987 (I'll be doing that one eventually)

This car was originally drivin by Phil Parsons at the start of the 1990 season, however he was released after just 3 races and Irvan made his debut in this car at Atlanta that spring. Irvan eventually won his first Winston Cup race that summer at Bristol.

Towards the end of 1990 the Morgan McClure team started using Chevy's on and off and by the time 1991 rolled around the team had made the perminant switch.

I built this one years back. It came as part of a two pack with an older Kodak Olds, driven by Rick Wilson. Nice job.
