i made pan de sal for the very first time today. i just missed it so much. haven't had a pan de sal for a very long time and there's really no place near where i can buy them. i made a few mistakes but it still turned out ok. but i still wished i watched this video first before making them. well, next time i know exactly what to do. thanks for taking the time to make this video.

the dough will be initially wet, so you adjust the consistency by additional flour. This is where it becomes tricky. I only add as much flour as possible. If you add more the dough becomes hard. It also depends on how you knead the dough. It is a trial and error process.
