My newest video can be found here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gm8UbDbaZFw

Second set of footage shot on my new T2i. Also my second time ever using a DSLR camera, Premiere Pro CS5 and Magic Bullet Looks.

This time I have acquired a Tiffen ND lens filter (0.9) which helps infinitely in managing exposure. An absolute no-question must for shooting outdoors.

*Shot using the Canon 50mm 1.8/f and manual exposure
*Edited in Premiere Pro CS5
*Post color done with Magic Bullet Looks
*Steadied with Spiderbrace shoulder support
*Song is Too Soon / Where The Damage Isn't Already Done by The Radio Dept

Song can be purchased here:

  • Nice video. I was wondering, which preset did you use with Magic Bullet Looks?

  • @DutchinKorea Thanks. I believe it was Warm Stock 1 from the vintage presets.

  • I would say the filter has to do a lot with the great contrast? I don't own a filter yet but I have looks and mojo and I can't get this look. It must be the filter?

  • Yes please! which exact settings did you use in premiere to export the video?????

  • what software do you you use and whats the rendering/exporting settings

  • Hi (: what rendering settings in cs5 did you used for this video?

  • can you tell me your extact render/export settings please its urgent i keep getting terrible quality, reply when you get this please. would be much appreciated

  • could you please tell me about the export settings ? :)

  • Nice vids! I'm really liking your shots considering the 80mm framing. I found the 50 1.8 on the cropped body too tight (effectively being an 80mm). Possibly because I was shooting in the city and not focussing on people so much but rather the landscape. My full frame body arrives today! hopefully i'll get some wider compositions with my 50mm lens :D

  • would you recommend buying the magic bullet looks or mojo? because it look s as if they do the same thing?

  • great video. what were your render settings? Thanks, - Alec.

  • i dont suppose you could let me in on your secret on how to export and get vids to looks this good in 360p?
