add &fmt=22 at the end of the URL and it goes into true 720p and looks much better.

yeah. i have a sanyo xacti.. and it claims to be HD but its not thatt great.. seems the flips are better.. so im lookin into on..
i think it may have to do with the editer im using too.. iv been uploading them through an adobe program that has a youtube preset.. any comments? seems like this is working well for you

how come u didnt use the youtube option. isnt that easier?

When I tried it didn't make my video HD, it seems the Youtube option compresses it.. BUT I just got an update to the Flip software (it's free) so it might work that way now.

should i buy a flip mino hd or just use my sony ericsson w760a phone to record my videos any suggestions and i need them within the week in order to return the flip mino hd

whoa sorry I missed this comment from way back, not sure what happend but I wasn't seeing notifications from YouTube. Anyway it's way too late now so I hope you kept your Mino HD and are enjoying it!

If you recored footage then upload straight to youtube, will it automatically make your video HD optional without editing it.
