do not use hertz.i accidently left my ipod + headphones ($600) in one of their cars. 20 mins later after realizing this i go back to the rental place only to be told that nothing was found in the car and that im not allowed to look in the car because it had already been returned. use may think that 600 bucks isnt that much but im 15 and it took me a year and a half of shoveling driveways, cutting grass, etc to earn that money and those motherfuckers simply stole it

I use hertz as I've been doing for the last 5 years. Their neverlost is usually spot-on. I ignore the erroneous info as you are supposed to do so on the disclaimer screen!
