Another great album. I remember having this one on 8 track back in the day. Rick is one of my favorite singers/songwriters!! Can't wait to see him on Oct. 1st. IT will be the first time in 25 years. I'm way overdue for a Rick fixx.

The thing about this song, in addition to being a nice sequel to Jessie's Girl, is that the backup vocal performance is outstanding. RS always had great studio sounds and this early recording shows where he was going.

its bad im 17 and every day for the past 2 or 3 weeks iv been listing to nothing but rs songs i used to listin to them all the time when i was younger but now i can relate to them more and more

It's awesome Rick Springfield (Springthorpe) was able to sing music that the blue-collar average person can relate to - working hard for a living and loving during the night :)
