Landing on Tampa's runway 36L during heavy crosswind.

Looks like a crosswind--pilot dipping right wing into the wind per usual. Probably not enough wind to crab, just enough wind to require lowering the wing a bit.

there's no concrete way to rly tell since we don't have wind info, but sure sounds like it was windy so it wouldn't suprise me if it was crosswind.

your wrong, that was. you can tell because they didnt flare much, if he flared normally he would have began to climb.
