The ayatollah would have his followers go to poor villages and round these kids up, then they would send them out into the minefields to clear the mines with their bodies. And now, their families say they are proud of them. I guess you have to say you are proud of the child you were forced to sacrifice, because you had no choice and if you admit that they were taken from you and wasted, and that you and your children were used, for nothing, the weight of it all would crush you.

This kid is probably dead. Sent out to run through a minefield to clear the mines. It was no honor. It was a tragic example of abuse and humiliation in the most extreme.

i am an german soldier. i was fighting in afghanistan against al qaida and taliban. i had a battle with talibans and i got hitten in my shoulder. i was in hospital for 3 weeks. during this time i read the koran and i must say that there is no book in this world wich is more outgoing than koran. there is nothing about dchihad or however you will call it. the reason for terror in this world is that some people just want to see the world burn. no matter of religion or skincolor.

@kalifornika they are not arabs, we have to respect those who went and died for our country. nothing to do with arab or iranian. if it wasnt for them saddam would have invaded iran considering his supports from arabs and west.
