  • There's not much depth here. It looks like the stereo base is too narrow. Since it is a 3D camcorder, there is probably no way to adjust this. This camera would be more suited to indoor close shots, and not so much for outdoor more distant scenes.

  • @spaceman01of99 - Sorry my description was not accurate - it is actually two camcorders mounted as a rig so does have quite a bit of flexibility. The shots range from a 3cm inter-axial to a 10cm interaxial in this test footage.

    The "standard" is that the distance between the lens centers should be 1/30 of the distance to the nearest object. When you panned left there were some closer bushes that almost showed some depth. For the white water more distance between the cams would give better depth. Play around with it and you'll see what I mean. Going too wide can make the video uncomfortable to watch, but there is a range that gives decent results. Check my videos for examples...
