Yes thats why he plays in Detroit, everyone on the red wings is a pussy they are the softest team in the league. The fucking sweeds they have score goals which is fine, but Detroit is a rough tough city, the organization has the fans brainwashed into thinking this Sweedish crap is hockey. I see your point, but even when the wings won in 97 and 98 they had some guys who can go with the fighters in the NHL. Pushor, McCarty, Shanahan, Kocur, Lapointe still had a few in 2002. But this Euro Crap that the wings have put on the ice now is just rediculous. I live in Michigan and cant stand the red wings. I give Kopecky credit, but hes doing that on the wrong team, you arent going to impress anyone on detroits staff.

Why not just sign the sweedish national team as the farm club.

And this fight cost the Wings the services of Kopecky for the rest of the season. This is exactly why fighting is so idiotic in hockey. Instead of dancing around in circles and looking on, the refs just need to break the guys up and send them off before it gets that far. The refs do it in football; they can do it in hockey.
