That is a very interesting banjo. Obviously uses a real skin instead of a synthetic one...and that paired with the gut strings definitely gives a more natural sound.

That's one awesome "banjer". I've never seen one like that before. The tone is awesome. I've been playing five-string for over twenty years now, both bluegrass and clawhammer style. I've never heard anything like that. I like it a lot.

I am 17. I have not taken any lessons in banjo per se, i mostly learned from homespun tapes ( david holt and frank lee) and also from listening to cd's.

I always enjoy hearing your playing. I listen very intently....so intently I believe I detect the sound of a kitchen facet for about 2 seconds at 1.46
The fretless banjo sounds so traditional and "down home". thank you very much for sharing
