So after over a year off I now have my Xstage to dance on in the nice weather :O)

Had to do an audio swap due to copyright, picked up a new move the shoutlermout turnover/flip, haven't mastered the graceful landing yet lol
but this vid is still for my man Rich x
I am have a 50mm chrome xpole, a 50mm TG xpole, and now an Xstage!

My pole is on static, I do not have any previous dance background, i've been asked many times if i do gymnastics and ballet, the answer is no.
I'm a totally self taught pole dancer, using video's from youtube mainly.
