An amazing memory for me. I performed with Randy and Sharon way back in '69-'70. He just keeps getting better. A wonderful man and huge talent.

Randy has also produced a daughter, Maia Sharp, who is a brilliant and innovative singer-songwriter-instrumentalist in her own right (see Kulak's for a video of Maia performing with her father). Randy has also produced (and co-written) two great albums for Exile, as well as two of Maia's albums. He was choral arranger for Karen Brooks's albums and for Jennifer Warnes. He had a fine album on RCA, Just About Love. His other early effort was unique: a great live performance, direct to vinyl disc.

What a great service Kulak's Woodshed provides for performers and music fans, providing unique live performance videos of great singer-songwriters. Lots of double entendres to follow: Randy Sharp is an unsung hero of songwriting—except he's sung by many, from Delany Bramlett to Karen Brooks to Jennifer Warnes to Emmylou Harris to Exile to Restless Heart and many more. He has produced four albums of his own (that I know of), including a collaboration with Karen Brooks, That's Another Story.

Wow, fantastic guitar, beautiful harmonies! Love this song written by Randy and Jack Wesley Routh, who is also in the video. Both Randy & Jack have recorded versions of this song for their respective solo albums, Randy's THE CONNECTION (2002) & Jack's ANOTHER SEASON (2009). Linda Ronstadt recorded a version for her WE RAN (1998) disc. I'm sorry that I do not know the third man in this video. Can someone enlighten me?
