Backstabbing an Uber?

I'm really confused what happened here... If you look at his name tag he has 0% ubercharge and then suddenly ubers and then it starts ticking down from 100% (this could be a display bug) and then I actually backstab him but do no damage.

I'm pretty sure the server doesn't have special donor privileges like this because I tend to avoid servers like that. I'm unaware if they were an admin using some plugin but I never saw him do this before or since. It is curious why he didn't apply the uber to the demo or pyro which makes me think it is some server mod. Oh and this server did not have RTD, that I am 100% sure of.

an ubered player cant be damage even with a backstab but it still push's him.
