  • @stelamenezes humbly, yes i think it was.. Nonethless, a great piece of sensitive filmmaking. peas cinema

  • This is so cute, those little cats, and how they recreate a story, and it is kinda like real people, the little cats, trying to imitate theyre parents, learning how to be a real cat...Love this short (L) _ (L)

  • Son exquisitos!! preciosos.

  • maya deren was a wonderful woman, ^^

  • aww, I love cats!

  • I just recall now the stupid voices they put nowadays in some cat movies... where some silly, shallow-minded ordinary guys supposedly try to make us "laugh" by recording these "lines" spoken with mocking voices as the cats do their catty things, attributing the poorest human motivations to their behavior.

All of that seems really worthless if confronted with a work like this.

  • first of all, I love cats. And this is the cutest film I've ever seen. Very delicate and sensitive. The choice of images says everything about a story I know very well. The absence of sound just makes it truer. And allows me to add a flavor, by opening the possibility of electing/being exposed to any kind of soundscape while I watch it. It's a perfect documentary with a few guiding letterings... were they really necessary?
