Here's the monitor lizard again. Cameron suggested this alternative music, which I admit works very well. Hard to get past that 12" tongue.
"Taz," an Asian Water Monitor lizard at the East Bay Vivarium, Berkeley, CA. Highlight of Cameron's 7th birthday! The lizard is about 5 feet, and his purple tongue is a full 12" long.
Maybe he'll be for sale in time for Cameron's 8th birthday...

As I recall the sign at the East Bay Vivarium, Taz was purchased there in 2001 as a hatchling, and accepted back as a monstrous gift to the store about 2 years ago.
