Rheumatic heart disease (RHD) is a serious condition that disables and kills children and adults worldwide, mainly in developing countries. The Pacific Island States are a hot spot for the disease.   • Thank you for sharing this video.. I was diagnosed with rheumatic fever that almost lead to rheumatic heart disease, due to my tonsilitis that was not tended right away.. :(

  • its a bit confusing.

  • This video may not convey all the details, but it is definitely a stepping-stone for educating people about Rheumatic Fever. I hope people take the opportunity to learn more about this crippling, sick illness and take every step possible to prevent it (not just in the Pacific). It is not worth it to “wait out” the symptoms of a sore throat, or sore joints. Life is too precious for risky developments.
