Nice! I can't seem to come down anymore. I don't use a wall to bind the lotus, but now that my right knee is seemingly permanently veklempt, I can't bind that tight. The minute I start to bend I come down to the floor!

that's a clever way to work on that. can't see myself doing the handstand version, but i can manage the headstand one.

Hi SS, Actually not so long, i could do it in headstand, just tried it one day, having the wall there gives you confidence.

thanks. Inverted lotus only took a couple of weeks. If you do it in tripod headstand by a wall your nice and stable and can work at it. Then it's on to forearm stands and now handstands.
