  • Short active self help relaxed concentration techniques are excellent for helping ADHD naturally. Check out the video BEING IN CONTROL : Natural Solutions for ADHD Dyslexia and Test Anxiety.

  • @jasonmarke Tried to find that video but could not. Do you have a link?

  • thank you for you answer,

i thought that a natural remedy could be a great substitute.. but if you say thats not, SO i should have to take it???

i am really worried because the psychiater dont know if it is really adhd/add. she adviced me to try.. and try a adhd therapie together..

    what do you think?

  • @broadcastvanilla Hello, I am not saying you should NOT try omega 3, I am suggesting that you consider all the possible causes or participating factors that are involved in causing you to feel and function this way, not just omega 3.

  • should omega 3 help me? instead of ritalin?

i dont wanne take ritalin because of the side efects(iam 23 year old)

and your are right with ; train big muscle :) we dont do that anymore and think; damn i have adhd , but we only dont let our brain do the work.

  • @broadcastvanilla

    Hello,

Omega 3 can be helpful, but if you have watched my videos, you will understand that the idea is not to substitute Ritalin with a natural remedy, but really to investigate what is going on to correct on the causes of the problem. And yes, if you have omega 3 deficiency as part of the causes, then it will help you.

  • @broadcastvanilla Thanks. Keep searching for a system to get around this. Check at Barnes and Nobles or online to see if there are any breakthrough books to keep off the drugs.

  • @broadcastvanilla Whatever you do don't use Ritalin or methylphenidate. If you are going to use stimulants use low dosage time released like Vyvanse or Concerta. Straterra is a non-stimulant treatment. These stimulants will alter your personality and your brain will be damaged in the frontal lobe. Google the study by Dr. Yong Kim of the NIDA (National Institute of Drug Abuse) in New York. Also I highly recommend you read the Ritalin warning sheet on Ritalin on the Food and Drug web site.

  • @pwg1126 i used ritalin for 2/3 months .. but i stopped quick because i didnt believe n ritalin.. it s just a weard thing that will abuse your brain..

i think trainng qauching..triks vitamin, great health nd brain training will helpfull...

im so sorry for your son..

  • @broadcastvanilla Ritalin killed my 22 yr old son after he used this for 10 yrs for ADD. He had a 3.85 GPA and was doing well until in 2008 his doctor increased his dosage to 20 mg 3 times a day. He started abusing the Ritalin for all night studies and then it took over his brain and he could function in school. He dropped classes then full semesters, ran up credit cards, doctor shopped to get multiple prescriptions. He asked me why God gave him this curse. Use a non stimulant treatment.
