Speed is slang for either d-amphetamine or methamphetamine, usually the former. I get dexedrine(d-amphetamine) legally from my psychiatrist but this is because I have ADD. Should I be given speed? Hell no, I took the proper dose of dexedrine for a couple months and almost got addicted. Do I regret it? Never.

One time my buddy and me were repoing this guys truck, he was blind so idk why he even had the truck in the first place lol

Actually you still have to buy speed illegally and insufflation just happens to be the most common method of using speed. Caffeine is not a substitute for speed in the same way acetaminophen isn't for oxycodone.
