Realflight G4.5 have better physics, you can trim it from easy to realistic...

that's actually the simulator I use now.
One of the great things about it is they give the add on packs away for free for it on the great planes web site.

It's an rc simulator, it uses a real rc transmitter and pretty realistic physics.
