  • its burnt.

  • That dark brown crust is very dry and tough. Personally I like mine to just have a beginning hint of golden brown on them, but lots of folks do like their eggs way overcooked.

  • Uses the building contrator method - It's not how well you build something, it"s how well you can hide your mistakes.
