System design
-four floor traction lift (G, 1, 2, 3).
-control by electromechanical relay.
-call buttons (6 landing, 4 car and two door).
-DC motor with worm-gear sheave.
-both car and landing doors operate at the same time.
Lift car design
-centre type open door and operate the landing door at the same time.
-car door move backward when an object detected.
-a bell sound and voice message during the door closing operation.
-over loading signal is active when the lift car weight is over 3kg.
-LED display show the current floor and direction.
-fluorescent lamp for decoration.
-cooling fan to cool down the heat dissipation of the power resistors.
Electrical design
-DC traction motor (open loop control).
-DC car door motor.
-DC landing door motor.
-three motors are control by IC.
-two limit switch at the top and bottom for preventing the traction motor overrun.
-electromechanical relay for easy implementation.
-each relay included LED for fault tracing.
-each relay included free-wheeling diode to prevent contact sparking.
-two timer used for time delay of door open and close.
-ten call buttons can reopen door when the lift door during the closing.
-four sets landing sensor to stop the traction motor.
-six sets low speed sensor (3 up & 3 down).
-low speed sensor are active before the lift car stop.
-used photo sensor to lock four landing door.
