Thats the default best time the boss rush starts with, look at the top left corner, you can barely see it, but its there. Also, try watching the whole vid.

exactly what does this rush do. does it like skip all the bosses for you? and i checked the downloads section of kayin's site and i couldnt find this. can u help me man?

You have to beat the game. I just skipped 7 of the bosses and recordered the last one.
