  • oh thanks snoopie did this thanks for the tips guys i'll try it.  I workedout today but my forearms got sore and not my biceps. I musta did something wrong. I'll utilize this technique tomorrow at the gym.

  • @TheRatedrko12 You probably just lost some of your fat and you can see your muscle more. You can't see a gain in muscle mass in just 1 week.
