Every jump is one rep. Knees should get to 90 degrees at the bottom and explode up as hard and fast as you can. Make sure you land softly toe to heel. You can swing your arms but concentrate mostly on your foot placement(shoulder width apart on the landing), soft landing(toe to heel), and smooth absorption of the energy as you fall. Do not land rigid or stiff legged! Be an athlete and absorb smooth and fluid until you hit 90 degrees in the knees and then explode onto the next platform.
