Hi everyone, I'm not a native english speaker...can anyone explain me what the girl says at 0:48 "if you have any ***** , please let one of us know" and how she calls the hand baggage at 0:52 " for your confort and safety ******* baggage must be stowed". Thanks in advance! :)
