@3981784 Actually I bought some of this today and it seems to have a non-insignificant amount of impurities, at least according to a quick flame test. I'm currently recrystallizing it to try and get rid of the majority of these.

here's how stupid Canada is. they ban potassium nitrate from fertilizers, but still put it in toothpaste. You can't put it in the ground, but its fine if it goes in your mouth. I swear, sometimes i think this whole country is retarded. Only thing we can do is grow and smoke good weed.

Spectricide stump remover is pure potasium nitrate. It is the only ingredient and the MSDS says it is 100% potasium nitrate.
