only the neo geo aes is the perfect version, the super nes, genesis, sega cd and 3do, dont have the quality of the original game.
-

where's EARTHQUAKE

@vmystikilv the 3do is a great version but is a little slow and the zoom in out is not b fast as neo geo version.
-
@Huitzilg what was the 3do version missing?

@roninbuddha: The thing that is so wrong with this game is that the Sega CD was capable of handling a port identical to the arcade (albeit with a few less colors). The Sega CD has the raw processing speed, memory, and scaling abilities. The developers just were not interested in investing the time to completely port it over because they new the Sega CD had no future and there would be too little ROI.

@Huitzilg: Actually, the Neo Geo AES version has the blood and fatalities edited out. The 3DO version is identical to the arcade game (MVS). I own both versions.

BEST GAME

Charolette, I hated...god I could'nt beat that c-nt on a good day...she was like a female version of Ken from Street Fighter II...all she did was the upper-cut with the sword.

Thats what I remember from this version...it took forever to load a level and after your character was picked....for some reason I remember a version of this game where you could only play with Hamarue and no one else. (however you spell it.)

GRRRRR. unbalanced game full of cheapness! If the game was more fair I would LOVE it! *sigh*

this version isn't too bad, escpecially if you haven't been spoiled by the neo geo version
at least they got the intro animation in there, which was missing in the genesis port

Yeah, even the Gameboy version had the intro animation, which is hilarious when you think about it.
Another funny thing about this version is that while most of the backgrounds are closer to the arcade version than the Genesis ones were, they totally messed up Galford's stage in this version. Outside of being on the docks with ships and people in the background, it doesn't look anything like the arcade. Have no clue what happened there.
