@Chris8990123 you can unlock him, you finish EVERYTHING in career mode (all time trials all ctr tokens all crystals in the battle arenas all the races in the "extra world map".. not sure if you have to get platinum relics but i did, was so many years ago)

=@TheSorsselsson Yea I use NTSCt. Me and my family where talking about this when I saw this and thinking its not legit, Well I figured it out about the PAL version having a souped up version of Penta Penguin. Well I ended up getting 1:47:?? with N. Tropy

@evoslip Well, I am legit, I don't use any kinds of turbocheats. You are American, right? So you probably have the American (NTSC) version of CTR, and Penta is slower in the NTSC version (I assume you use it). And for the boosting, if you do the boosts well, you can keep the flames for long periods.

You should try doing it without the penguin :P I got 3 38 laps with Tiny Tiger, it's not amazing butt quite difficult with Tiny compared to the penguin :(

This is quite impressive. You menage to get much more speed than I do, great powerslide! Really good job!. I think of myself as good, but my best time is only 1.58.xx. Best lab is 39.xx
I learned some new techniques by watching this. Clearly I can beat my own record now :)
And this is really without any cheat? Is just wild how often you reach maximum speed?
