The Quran - An English translation
Surah # 75 - Al-Qiyama: The Resurrection

To assure doubters that the Quran is, indeed, the word of God, some examples of God's creations are mentioned in this surah:

In verses[75:3-4], God gives the example of how easy it will be to re-structure the bones of the dead, and even brining back the same fingertips, in a referral to the fingerprints, which are used as ID to make each individual unique.

In verses [75:37-39], it also mentions the stages of fetus development:
1. a clinging clot (the zygot, clinging to the womb)
2. creation of form into flesh, but not yet in proportion
3. the proportioning of the fetus's parts

All these are signs to think upon, for those who doubt the existence of a creator, the same creator who sent the Quran to us.

The surah also describes some aspects of the day of judgment day, aka doomsday, aka day of resurrection.
It then confirms that the Quran is indeed the word of Allah (God Almighty), conveyed by his messenger, the prophet Muhammad, May peace and blessings be upon him.

In the Name of Allah, The Entirely merciful, the Especially merciful

[75:1] I swear by the Day of Resurrection
[75:2] And I swear by the reproaching soul [to the certainty of resurrection]
[75:3] Does man think that We will not reassemble his bones?
[75:4] Yes, [We are] Able [even] to restore his very fingertips
[75:5] But man desires to continue in sin
[75:6] He asks, "When is this Day of Resurrection?"
[75:7] So when vision is dazzled
[75:8] And the moon is eclipsed
[75:9] And the sun and the moon are joined,
[75:10] Man will say on that Day, "Where is the [place of] escape?"
[75:11] No! There is no refuge
[75:12] To your Lord, that Day, is the [place of] permanence
[75:13] Man will be informed that Day of what he sent ahead and kept behind
[75:14] Rather, man, against himself, will be a witness,
[75:15] Even if he presents his excuses
[75:16] Move not your tongue with it, [O Muhammad], to hasten with recitation of [the Quran]
[75:17] Indeed, upon Us is its collection [in your heart] and [to make possible] its recitation
[75:18] So when We have recited it [through Gabriel], then follow its recitation
[75:19] Then upon Us is its clarification [to you]
[75:20] No! But you love the immediate [life]
[75:21] And neglect the Afterlife
[75:22] [Some] faces, that Day, will be radiant,
[75:23] Towards their Lord, they will be looking
[75:24] And [some] faces, that Day, will be contorted,
[75:25] Expecting, to be done to them, [something] backbreaking
[75:26] No! When the soul has reached the collar bones
[75:27] And it is said, "Who will cure [him]?"
[75:28] And the dying one is certain that it is the [time of] parting
[75:29] And the leg is wound about the leg,
[75:30] To your Lord, that Day, will be the procession
[75:31] But the disbeliever had not believed, nor had he prayed
[75:32] But [instead], he denied and turned away
[75:33] And then he went to his people, swaggering [in pride]
[75:34] Woe to you, and woe!
[75:35] Then woe to you, and woe!
[75:36] Does man think that he will be left neglected?
[75:37] Had he not been a sperm from semen emitted?
[75:38] Then it was a clinging clot, and [Allah] created [its form] and proportioned [it]
[75:39] And made [of it] the two mates, the male and the female
[75:40] Is that [Creator] unable to give life to the dead?
