Sorry, can't help you there. And although Pete is in good health, his memory has faded (Pete is 94 and 1947 is quite distant). Thanks.

Thanks Is there any way for you to ask Pete DIRECTLY if he remembered Jimmy Borland who sang with Kenton's Pastels? 1947 is long ago, but maybe it would spark a memory if you were to ask him. Please forgive my insistence,..2 reasons- I work with the elderly & many times amazed at what can surface when that distant spark is activated. Also It means the world to me because I never knew my dad and I feel a great loss. Having Pete even remember his NAME would mean so much to me...please.

When I see Pete (don't know when), I'll ask him about Jimmy Borland. Can't guarantee anything, though; but I'll try my best.
