There may not be a more simple pasta recipe than this one. Classically called, Pasta Olio, this recipe is really just Fettucini pasta, tossed with a good extra virgin olive oil and garlic. If you want to get fancy toss a bit of chopped parsley on the plate. This recipe is also traditionally made with spaghetti, but there's no reason you can use other pasta. While the flavors are fairly mild, they are absolutely delicious, and you can make this pasta recipe in about 15 minutes. You can also use this a basic pasta recipe, and then add other herbs, meats, seafood, etc, to change it up a bit.
