Samsung YP-T10 problem

Hello, this video shows my samsung YP-T10JAB/XET 4GB mp3 player. Since someone sent me a wallpaper over bluetooth and I tried to set it as a background, it won't do a thing. When I tried to set it it froze and I had to reset it after about 3 hours of waiting. Since the reset the YP-T10 reacted like in this video. I hope someone can help me out with a solution. My pc does recognize it but Emodio freezes when it's connected and I can't open it from my computer.

EDIT:

I made my computer recognize the device, but it still freezes when I trie to open it... Samsung support said on the internet to format the device... but after about 4 to 6 minutes it says it cannot format...

Samsung yp-t10 .Hi. I have the same model and yeah I don't know how but some problem occured.

When one use HOLD button, he/she cannot press buttons/do anything.

But my problem is: when I try to switch to HOLD my mp4 is switching off by itself and I cannot turn it on. Problem dissapear when I plug it in into my pc via usb samsung cable. HELP. ps. I've updated the fireware.

THANK YOU, my T10 froze, and resetting worked.

@Sandy24216 You're welcome I guess? Mine still doesn't work :( Recovery tool doesn't help ether, and I refuse to send it to samsung because that's way to expensive.

@tornado611 Try to flash it with the recovery tool. Check the forum of anythingbutipod for that.
