I just tried this recipe. I got very confused with the conversions in spite of a converter. I ended up using all but half of the milk because my batter was already extremely runny. Crepes looked and tasted really good. One thing though, I might try using only 3 eggs next time and beer. Thanks a lot for the recipe and the video!

i do mine without the sugar and butter. still tastes good. much more simple too.
I'm wondering if I don't put some ingredients (like sugar, salt or vanilla), it won't come out TRUE French crepe? what is it mean by the TRUE word? There's a fake french crepe?
