its about thinking difreent and doing stuff diffrent. its a lifestyle not just a diet

@aezakmei ...by any chance have you noticed that animals eat plants!! and in much bigger quantities than humans do!!!? meat industry such as cattle, chicken, pigs, lambs, turkey etc relies heavily on plant and grass production to produce their meat. Meat Industry is killing more plants than vegetarians do.
