@689321546 maybe there's light coming from somewhere ....they need complete darkness.....i had the same problem with some plants on my balcony with the street lamp , so i started to cover them during the night and everything went back to normal

@freaks4ndgeeks It's "legal" in the US too... In most parts of Cali you can "legally" grow 99 plants without a "problem"...
