Awesome lift, Eric. Love ur blog and dvd. A few questions regarding the form: why is ur back rounded and ur hips high? Has it got something to do with maximal lifting? Noticed that a lot of pros do that as well when competing. What is ur view towards using a mixed grip? Do u think it'll cause muscular imbalance and torsion in the thoracic spine which could result in a postural distortion? Thanks!
Excellent lift and form. I notice you have your own setup as does everyone else. What is the reason you roll forward on your toes slightly? It appears to me that it helps you "push through" with your heels, almost as if you are jumping with them (probably doesnt make sense), does these seem an accurate assessment?
