This is war of right vs.wrong that began many years earlier in childhood. the "predators" were always on the bottom level. the manipulative jerks in the middle and the future cops on top, based on the way they were raised. as the world progresses deeper and deeper into the future, the cops become much younger and more fit than the predators. they tackle them for show and tell in front of the camera to prove to dateline viewers that they caught THE bad guy.

Is there a logical reason that the cops tackle these guys even though they put their hands up? Just seems dramatic and unnecessary....
